I know that a lot of people are happy with LSHD, and good for them. Seriously. I don't want to see any consumer receive poor customer service. My last experience with LSHD on the other hand was not pleasant. I have placed a few orders with them, all were fairly substantial. My last experience where customer service was concerned was poor enough that I won't be coughing up any more orders for LSHD, and this post solidifies my decision.
OP, if you had received all the ordered parts, a restock fee after 30 days is fair. In your case however, LSHD would be prudent to restock all parts you ordered at no cost to you, provided your story is 100% accurate. And it does sound legit to me.
