No problem man, didn't mean to sound scolding if it came across that way. I'd say a couple hundred, maybe a tad less. Just had my inner and switch cap done 2 colors for slightly more.

No, not scolding at all. I know better than to leave out those details. What are we mind readers around here? Hahaha.
I'm considering buying a used fairing but it will need a little work, including a repaint. Trying to compare costs and determine if I want to go down the used route...
Trying to avoid spending a dollar to save a dime...
When I ordered my Reckless fairing I had checked around here and got prices from $300 to $400, Vivid Black, inner and outer.
What I ended up doing was getting Reckless to paint it. They charged $300 and it turned out great. The finish was just as slick as the Harley paint on the bike.
I just had mine done last week inner fairing only in black cherry also painted the backs of the mirrors $150.00 all said and done then another 20 to paint the mirror I had to replace because I snapped the plastic bolt while putting back together! I called everybody shop in my area told them what I had, most said they would have to see it first. Good luck
