Harley do, or did make a dual measurement speedo...for which models I don't know:

I told the guy in the print shop that should this project turn out well, I might be able to send some orders his way...hell, I'll even send one to Deeley!!! lol

Yup, that's me, and nope....no steamie involved. Was in the back yard cleaning chrome in the soft grass and wife gave a whistle..I looked up and snap!

I have an 07 ultra U.S. spec, I would like to see how your speedo turns out, not that mine bothers me. How long before the coppers figure out a way to hand out tickets for the speedo like they have for the pipes.
