Today was the day to evaluate all my winter mods.....
As far as my MGS Duals & Mufflers, we're not in V & H Monster Oval territory anymore Dorothy!!!!
All I can say is WOW, they growl when getting on the juice but quite down nicely when cruising. I'm very pleased with the sound and the overall quality of the pipes & shields.
The Monster Ovals were nice but the MGS system makes my SG sound what a Harley should sound like.
As far as the VThunder Lifters, SE Pushrods & SE255 cams, well the initial lifter ticking sound is gone but the famous SE255 "sewing machine" sound is surly there. Maybe I'll change oil at the next change and see if that help matters. Been using Mobil 1 20/50. Other then the Singer noise, bike runs strong.
Curious as to what your exhaust system was prior to the MGS upgrade?
I went to MGS site and it shows +hp/ft # torque gains of 10 to 12 respectively.
I have power duals, and was going to post a thread asking about rider feedback after they went MGS TD system.

Cheers.
V & H Monster Ovals with the stock pipes. (09 had no cat from the factory).
I have an 09 as well. Just bought the system and am worried about fitment on the rear jug. Was there enough clearance all the way around?
No problem...If you have an adjustable back rest, the control slide bracket has to be removed during the install but bolts back afterwards. Other then that, there's plenty of room in there for the pipe.
