I would trace all the wires from under the seat to the end of the rear fender also. That cluster of wires would be a prime candidate for creating the symptoms you are having.
This is what im talking about, when i unplug this front signal is fine. What is all this, i know one is a led eq for rear led lights. but the other thing has a plastic swtick type thing that says stock on it like its plugged in?
I think that looks like a turn/tail/brake light module assembly. It takes your rear turn signals and makes them also tail and brake lights too. If thats not what it is it may be an equalizer if youre running led turn signals.
The red scratch plug in is the bad dad tail light plug in. The black scratch plug in is the problem. When i plug it in is when the front signal goes BRIGHT. Can someone tell me what is the whole thing? I know at the bottom is the new led EQ to make signals all blink right. What is the red thing? It has a plastic stick type thing that has stock wrote on it?
Like I suggested, I think it is the module that converts your stock turn signals to work the same with the brake, tail and turn signals. Is there no identifying name or a number on the red shrink wrapped module?
No its wore down nothing readable. Im gonna hit the dealer tomorrow and see what the service department says. Maybe i can get lucky and its just that? Cant believe i gotta rewire the left side of these damn bars again! But at this point i just wanna get my bike going!
If it is that and I'm kind of sure by the pic if you get a new one when you confirm it at the dealer. Make sure you get the right type. They have the for bikes with and without security system.s. also they don't like to be crushed u deer the seat. Find a space somewhere for it or maybe you may want to eliminate it altogether. Good luck

I just put it under my seat a few days ago, it was sorta on the back fender in a small space but after the bad dad fender in stall/swap i just left it lay on my b attery under my seat...Problem maybe?
