Broke down HELP!
I'm betting it's in the left side of the bars, time to start chasing wires on that side.....d1a9, it's probably diag and you are either misreading it, or the wiring is causing a misread, either way, start on the left side bar harness.
My gut says i got a bad internal wire. Cant be a wrong plug in thy were all color coded and i been riding 2 weeks. Im gonna redo the side tomorrow and see what i got. Thanks for all the info folks, sucks but theres alot worse things in life than this but damn its 80 out right now LOL

I feel for ya, was 85 here today and I was stuck in a hot shop working on cars all day!....Coulda and shoulda called in sick and went riding!!....Hope you get it sorted out, maybe you'll find the culprit quickly and be back on the road soon!
Im just gonna pull the left side tomorrow and redo it, since thehorn is only half honking and it popped 3 fuses on me id say thts about all it could be. But the thing i the horn hits full blast sometimes..but yeah prob a bad wire in th bars...SUCKS!
Ok right now i pulled all wires from left side, no bad spots...SAD LOL as of right now i have bars off all fuses are good, no popping anymore when i turn key on, front left signal is still way bright and if you leave it on it pops bulb in 20 seconds. Dash still shows left signal on even if i take the left signal off. Right signal works front and back. So as of right now im sitting with bike in pieces, same problem and it wasnt the wires in the bars!? I checked the switch on bars all looks good, even took it all apart and cleaned it. No bad wires. I've been thru bike front to back cant find anything bad, no wires exposed. HELP?!
There's a hot wire touching something that it shouldn't touch. The overly bright signal may mean it's getting 2 sources of power. It pops in 20 seconds of receiving 24 volts to a 12 volt bulb. With the signal 'off' dash light shows it's on - or another power source to it. Pull all left side wiring & start again. It not necessarily exposed, but pinched enough to cut the insulation.
Ok back harness under seat by rear fender is unplugged and signal is back to normal up front. Bad dad all in one tail light i thought might be doing it but when its plugged in i still get bright bulb. Ill attatch a pic of what im talking about in 10 min. Maybe someone can help and tell me what this little packet is.
