Turtle Wax F21 Super Protectant is excellent for seats. I use it on my spa cover, anything exposed to the sun as it has sunblock in it. Can find at Walmart, anywhere. Good for autos too. Bigger bottles available...

One of the factory reps for Mustang seats at Americade told me this is what they use on all their seats. http://www.protectall.com/palong.aspx
You can buy it from them or just google and get it somewhere else. Doesnt give you that phony Armorall shiny look, just cleans and protects. Its nice cause if it gets on any other part of the bike you just wipe it off. I use it on the inner fairing also
