Kuryaakyn ISO grips with throttle boss. comfortable, and you don't get the cramped hand when riding long distances.

Grreetings from Alaska.....I have an Ultra, rode from Colorado to New Mexico then up to Alaska. I had the stock grips pulled and had some installed from the dealer don't know the name but a description is chrome with rubbed strips approx. 1/4 wide set about 1/2 inch apart unning their length. I had recently had my left wrist operated on and this grip made it a pleasure to hold. Riding in 100 degree temps then being rained on in the Yukon Territories it remained comfortable. No sweaty palm except when I would observe my sweetheart in the side mirror...........I am blessed to have such a wonderful wife......... Hope it helps, be safe........Pops

I have enjoyed my stock but for some reason the gloves that I had, the right hand would stick to the grip.. That was bothersome to me cause I was always having to pry the right off the grip to move it.. So I replaced with a HD grip. It seems to work and feel better so far.. Do not have many miles on it yet but I will update as time goes on..

I think that overwhelming idea that 'everyone's hands are different & you need to try-out the options' is the correnct answer. Your grips are your main source of feedback, and you primary line of input - so they should be comfortable for you...

If I were to make a sugestion, I would echo 'possibilities' post above...

The HD Airelon grips are very comfortable (for me), I have them installed on my Road King, as well as on my Softail - and I really like the feel. I also get very positive feedback from others who sit on the bike & grab the bars. Harley did a pretty good jobwhen they designed 'em....

I opted for HD part #56510-02. Larger diameter grips than the stock ones and the rubber dampens the vibrations a little bit.
