Same here...

3 bikes and 3 sets of Kury's with the throttle boss. Yup, my RK Classic has electronic cruise control, but I still use the throttle boss.

ORIGINAL: ekimrk

Kury Iso's with the throttle boss. First thing to put on the last 3 bikes.
Underwear? Are we suposed to wear that too?

ORIGINAL: Rhubarb

Go for the SE ones...
Kury's are boring.
The rubber ones with the chrome caps too...

I still like the x2's best, but those SE ones are pretty cool and clearanced for tight cornering!
I liked them the minute Mike posted them! I'll need the clearance on the old hawg![sm=devilgrin.gif]

All great grips though, but I think I found the ones I'm gonna go with. I hope they are "functional" cause we stay in the saddle A LONG TIME.

Thanks guys!!

Kuryakyn Iso for me. I think there are way cooler looking grips out there, but these are comfortable...and that makes them worth it.

I had # 5 on my VTX, there a good grip. I will be putting # 2 on my Ultra, doing so for comfort.

Can someone please explain exactly what the "Throttle boss" is and how it works. I am pretty sure I am going to purchase the Kuryakin ISO Grips, is the Throttle Boss something that can be added after???

thanks

So far I've narrowed it down to these:

#1(PN #56006-88C)

#2(PN#56799-04 or 56459-01A)

I really like #2, #4, #5 but I can't decide.[:@]

If you're into comfort over looks, #1 cushions grips are the greatest. I've had them on my bikes since the 70's. The only option for my '08 is #2 Contour Grips which I have on now. I likw them more than I thought I would but, if I had aq chioce, I'd go back to the cushion grips. jmo.

to me, i liked the airleron hd grips... but then again, almost anything is better than the stockers... they suck big time... in fact, i wouldn't take delivery of a new bike without get new grips to go with it... i hate the stockers that much

I have #2... like them! Careful with the size... they come in reduced diameter and medium.
