Bottom line was after he put the fresh oil back in, he drained it again.
Thought I made it easy but guess not,
dont get in to big a hurry for something that only takes minutes anyhow.
Dont be to hardheaded to listen even when you're absolutely sure you did everything right.
Assume nothing.
ok...soo....where in the hell did all of this EXTERA oil go???? I'm not a dumbass when it comes to the twin cam, but i'm confused. What was the final conclusion?? I know you said that you pulled the wrong plug, but that would indicate that you would have WAY too much oil
As I understand it, Nomad must have changed motor oil first, drained and refilled, then proceeded to change tranny and then primary and in the process drained the engine oil again.. At least that's my take on it all and I can now sleep nights.. LOL
I'm worried that he drained the engine oil thinking he was draining the tranny and now has 2 qt. in the tranny! I'd do like one person said, I'd start over and change all three holes! Surely he can't duplicate the same mistake twice.

Definitely start over but let a qualified wrench do the work.
