I have always used the heel shifter. I also like my feet riding on the outside portion of the floorboard anyway. Putting my feet against the motor is uncormfortable to me.

Hardly ever use it, I find it feels funny to have to lift my leg so that I can bring my foot back to use the heel shifter.

on...and use it...ESPECIALLY when racing someone!...easier to stomp down than lift up...

i dont use it very often

i originally removed it for more foot room but missed it, so when i put it back on i moved it lower and removed the shifter peg. i just move my heel a little to the right when i use it

I prefer to use the heel shifter although I do use both but mostly the heel.
