I always use it. I get leg/hip cramps though (lifting my leg to use heel), and have thought about removing it, and just using the toe of the boot. To upshift though, I'd have to lift the front shifter up to get the toe of my boot under it comfortably - but then downshifting would be more of a challenge. so for now, it stays as is...

I found I only used it for finding neutral. I found I would rather have the rooms to move around then to use it maybe a few times a month. I chose foot room or finding neutral with it.

Never used it but last week broke two toes at work so I'm using it now. It was a little hard to get use to it.

I'm thinking about removing my heel shifter - I rarely use it while in motion.

Could not get used to it at first. Started using it last month and can't shift without it

I never use it, buddy swears by it. Personal choice, figure it has something to do with the way you got started.

Drove it home from the dealership the day I bought it and removed it and filled the space with a kuryakyan spacer. Tried to get used to it on anther bike just couldn't.

Always use mine. Just find it easier than lifting with the toe.
