I could never get used to it and just like the extra room to move my foot so I remove the thing on every bike I own.

Use it 100% of the time for the last 16 years. Hate shifting a tranny like Harley's with my toe!!

I lowered both levers to just off the floorboard. Makes using them effortless. No issues with room. I have Iso pegs located just off the front floorboard outside edge. My boots sit with the toes on the Iso's and my heel on the floorboard. Never felt any loss of floorboard space and am stretched out very comfortable!

I really like mine. Much better than toe shifter alone

Didn't like it at all, I removed mine. Took to much room on the floor boards taken away with them.

Never use the heel.Need to raise leg way up.But it's there to keep boot from chafing outer primary cover, and as a spare shift lever.

My old Fatboy introduced me to the heel shifter, and now my new RK feels natural with the same setup.
