I hope this is a good place to possibly find some info. My 89 flhs didn't have a turn signal module on it when I got it. I put in a Badlands turn module, with built in load equilizer. I read somewhere that this will bypass the factory mod, however, my signals don't work. My question......is there a flasher unit on this bike? If so Where in the world is it? Secondly does the badland mod work alone or do I need a factory in addition to it?

Don't know what Badlands unit you purchased but the plug and play module for that bike is #ATS-03-A. It is my understanding that it replaces the factory unit and adds load equalizers so LED's can be used.
