Here's some black bars. BTW, I don't have black forks and I don't care.

I think a mix of black and chrome is best. I went a little nuts with my SG. Here's an example of too much black:

Basically I think if you have chrome bars, you should have chrome forks. Black bars, black forks.

On my Dyna I had black bars and stock fork legs. I always wished I had bought chrome bars. Something just doesn't flow right to me when there's a disconnect between the bars and fork legs.

Kinda like when someone puts a chrome swingarm on a Softail. It's incongruous. You wouldn't just dip the rear third of a rigid frame in a chrome tank, would you?

Personally, I like a mix, black and chrome. As far as what color forks and bars you have, doesnt really matter to me although some dudes are saying bars should match the forks, it boils down to personal prefference.

I have changed my mind again. I think I will stick with the black bars. I am going to change the chrome fork boots I had on order to the Ness Deep Cut Black and add the black lower fairing piece which comes stock chrome. As far as the bars, the grips I have are chrome w/black inserts and I will add chrome buttons to include the cruise/aux buttons. Will probably go with black Ness mirrors and levers. I think this will get the look I am going for and should compliment the Renegade wheels (Lincoln Phantom Cut). Thanks again for the input and pics. I guess if I decide I don't like it later I can always change it.

I just thought that I'd mention an obvious ( and possibly forgotten ) fact ... The more black you add the faster you're going to go ... Remember, you were warned !!
