ct medic, already ordered the replacement seat. I don't like riding on planks (Sundowner smooth deep - its what I had on the other bike).
I'll head over to roadglide and check that out too.
Xaran, this new one is Orange Candy and has a lot of black already.. I've been looking at V&H mufflers. Will they slip onto the existing header? I'll just then change the shield on the stock header to black.
Got the Heritage bars, smooth Sundowner, new 15" contoured windshield & security system yesterday (they kept the security system as it has to be programmed into the bike - sucks, I was hoping it was a plug & play). It's being delivered about the 20th so I still have some waiting to do.
I also need to de-cat the header. I see them on eBay for a reasonable number, anyone north of Boston know of someone who does them? I'd rather do mine than buy one that isn't in as good of shape.

New bikes already have SE twist grip sensor installed. Longer than on older models. If you need one it is twist grip sensor kit HD# 32310-08. $80 at Harley Super Store in NH
our "ride like a pro" instructor had some wild 1 chubbies "bagger 10 in" on his...pretty comfortable but he had to change the clutch cable. thinking about getting a set and swapping it out.
In 2011 HD starting using SE twist grip sensors on touring models that are longer. On new bikes you can change bars to heritage bars with no changes of lines/cables. The ( fly by wire) kit if needed on older bikes is HD# 32310-08. $105 at most dealers, $80 at Harley Super Store in NH on line. ABS on newer bikes will require trip to harley shop if you change brake lines ( it will throw abs code) You might get away with Wild 1 10" chubby apes without line/cable changes, but will be tight.
