Just to give an update, got the cams installed. I started on Wednesday and wrapped everything up Thursday morning. The install went flawlessly. I didn't even need a spacer for the sprocket alignment. I measured about ten times using 2 different straight edges and it was in spec.

The bike runs great! It really is amazing how much a difference a set of cams make in these motors. The motor just feels HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY.

Thanks for all the help!!!!!!!

Here is a video of the first start up after install.

Way to go! Did you happen to check crank run-out while you were in there? The ONLY thing I don't like about my cam swap is the exhaust reversion noise I now get through the intake. But I couldn't be happier with the power increase. My little 96" walked away, I mean ran away, from a stock 103" Road Glide when we rolled on the throttle in 5th gear. Wasn't even close!

Is that what that noise is?? The push rods really quieted up the valve train noise except now instead of the high pitch ticking I get a low bass ticking when the engine is under load or at a low rpm. It seems to stop once the bike is at cruising rpm. I called Fuel Moto and they said this is normal. They also said it was coming out of the intake. I'm not sure if it's coming from the push rods or the cams?

Costly, time consuming, and unnecessary if all you are doing are chain driven cams and not a triple digit HP and TQ screamer.
Well you are partially right, but if that run out is very high, then it will beat oil pumps to death, and probably crank bearings.
I would say that magic number is around 8 thousandths.

Yeah, you're probably hearing reversion. It was obvious on mine when I pulled the football air cleaner cover and it was MUCH louder.

That can't be! HD says 10 thousandths is within spec! LOL, mine measured almost 7 thousandths!

I have an open air cleaner so I'm sure it's louder on mine. Is that what you hear a deeper tick? Like I said mine is louder under load.

The oil pump fits over flats on both sides of the crankshaft and it is possible to mount the moving portion of the oil pump 180 degrees off from its original orientation if the rotating assembly has been rotated while the oil pump was removed. This is what was meant, no one said the timing would be off 180. Take a look at a parts diagram to see how the pieces fit together.

Mine sounds almost like a knock, but not metallic. Noticeable on my bike only under load, particularly when 2 up.
