I had a assbag pass me in a old SUV one day, as soon as he got back into my lane he drops, not flips but drops a butt out the window, I get a red sparkler treatment on the windshield of the old RK, I blast up beside the jerk and he flips me off.
As a buddy of mine does, I now carry a pile of pennies, assclown does something like that again they get the tailgater treatment, pennies over the shoulder. Marbles also work well.
Wow! Really? That takes *****! Get in FRONT of an already pissed off unstable moron in a 2000 lb vehicle and throw pennies at him? How can that POSSIBLY turn out good for you?
Not to be a dick, but what are you thinking to be "right behind" any vehicle, especially at 70 mph? Also, getting some windshield washer fluid is probably the most trivial reason for caver hate I've read here.
Carl
Just for the record...I wasn't right behind him, or tailgating as some are insinuating. I was merely behind him.
The point of my op was to point out as we know that bike season is upon us. I was simply trying to remind everyone to be aware of the oblivious cagers out there that claim to not see us and be safe.
I ride into DC every day for work... try to leave space and they cut you off like its their job... damn I can't wait to move outta this hell hole
The Beltway was where I learned to drive in seriously aggressive traffic. In a car. In the 60s. I won't be trying to ride in DC, 'cept maybe in Rolling Thunder.
I have seen my fair share of idiots doing stupid things in cars or just being rude or obnoxious. But think about this for just a moment, don't you think it is just as rude or disrespectful for a bike with obviously non street legal compliant extremely loud pipes to ride up next to someone in a car especially when they have the window down.
I mean people in cars or bikes deserve equal respect and there is a reason for pipes to be street legal.
So this goes both ways guys.
Lotta jerks that don't pay attention to any other drivers on the road, that being said, in 39 yrs of M/C riding, I have never been sprayed in that way. Reason? I am never that close to the vehicle in front of me on the highway. If you were close enough to get sprayed by his washers, you are too damn close, and at 70 mph no less. What if they were to spit out the window, pick their nose and throw the boogers out, or throw out a lit cigarette? Don't tailgate, move back about ten car lengths. Do yourself a favor, back off and live.

I couldn't even give him the finger when I got up along side him cuz he was off in la la land and never knew I was there!
They're out there folks. In full force. Watch out, be careful, and ride safe. Rant over.

Nearly everyone does that. That's why auto makers put windshield washers in cars. If something like that ruined you day, I'd hate to see you when something real happened.
