After 3 years I finally got the wheels and tires I wanted. Everyone wants to make their bike their own by making some changes it seems but, of course the cost seems to get in the way at times.
The look I was after was one of more a sport tourer. I really like doing those things mechanically that make the bike better and that of course takes $$. The wheels I chose had really two reasons. I like the clean look of the Airstrike wheels and they are really easy to clean. The size makes them easy to get tires for on the road and at any HD dealer or independent shop.
So am I done at this point, probably not but, I am closer. Here are some pics of before/ after and feel free to give opinions.
Vey nice bike for sure. You are never going to be done. About the time that you really think you are, someone will come out with a new part that you just HAVE to get.
