Well I went on a short ride the other day and when I got home i noticed the rear bolt on my right saddle bag was missing. I've been using the Brukus kit for about a year and a half. The front bolt was all scarred up pretty bad and the bolt wasn't in the bag. Had it just fallen out it should have been in the bag. I had just tightened all the saddle bag bolts down 2 weeks ago before I left on a trip for Eureka Springs Ark. So I figure I left it unlocked at work the other night and some jack off tried to steal it. Glad I had the kit and that the front bolt held. I know that wing nuts and a hardware store set up works just as well, but I'm glad the Brukus kit did its job and at least made them take long enough that they gave up or got spooked and bolted. Now I'm a moron for accidentally leaving my bag unlocked, but most of my tools are still in there, so I'll call it a valuable lesson learned...
Yeah, I told all my buddies about the kit and I helped several guys go to the hardware store and make their own. Either way its peace of mind having a little extra insurance that the bags will stay put or won't get jacked.

Thanks for sharing this experience. Had a customer share something similar about the Bullet Secure for the detachable accessories, but yours is the first that anyone has even gotten that far with the SaddlebagSecure kit.
Did have one of our customers cause a ring a thieves to be caught because they couldn't pop his bags off with our SaddlebagSecure.
