Hayden at 3000 miles

I have to say i liked the "old" style springs better..When i say that, it seemed that the bike shifted easier with those springs in it..but also seeing as my inner spring broke...i guess they weren't strong enough for the newer bikes? I emailed Kathy to see what she says..What do you guys think?. The unit does work excellent still, alot easier shifting than the stock unit and the primary is still much quieter with the Hayden in there..so im still a happy customer...Just wondering about the chain eating into the shoe already..seems like in another 1500 it may end up looking like the OP Hayden,,We shall see..Just as a reference im 50 miles shy of 30k on my bike...

I don't think yours looks to bad at 1500 miles. Just keep a eye on it to make sure the rollers don't eat in to it like mine did, then you should be
good to go.
I'm still running with just the one spring, so far so good.

I haven't seen it yet but if it is, I guess my indy installed it incorrectly???

When people mention the 'old' spring kit, do they know how much force it provides? The answer is NO!
Those who refer to the new SE compensator, do they know that the same number of teeth corresponds to the same chain length? It seems not!
Hayden could perhaps clarify a few myths then everyone would enjoy the good stuff they (already) have.
