I have been using S100 in a spray bottle weekly for over four years. I have zero complaints and I believe it works well. I spray a small area and then immediately use a microfiber cloth. I do this weekly and hardly ever "wash" my bike.
I've used s100 on all my Harley's for about 19 years. I think it does a good job for general cleaning. But no cleaning product is all inclusive, you still have to wax. If you think you'll spray the bike off and be show ready, you've got a disappointment coming. No wonder people don't like it, if they think they won't have to dry and polish to avoid spots.

Ive used the stuff for a while now.. Works good and no spotting if you rinse it properly (completely). I mostly use it fot the engine and hard to reach spots but im not shy about putting it on the paint either
I use it but I cut it with water before I spray it on. Works great on engine but there are better things for paint. It requires a ton of rinsing but I'm really good at holding a hose in a chair with a beer.

I don't leave it on very long 60 seconds at most, and rinse off well.
I wash out of the direct sunlight
Agreed. Very important steps to have success with S100. It's a strong cleaner, but like any other good cleaner, you have to keep it cool when appyling, don't let it stay on too long, and don't use it on warm surfaces. What's so hard about that?
Don't leave it on for so long that it starts evaporating, and rinse it off, Rinse it a lot, because there's so many nooks and crannies on our bikes. And those are places for chemicals to lay. I use this stuff once or twice a year, and it works great when you use it properly.
If you don't follow the directions, then quit bitching.
