What secrets do you all have for the whitewalls? The soap bucket doesn't do a real slick job.
1.Park the bike ona level long stretch of lawn.
2. Wet down the front and rear tires with a hose.
3. Sprinkle a generous amount of AJAX on a nylon scrub brush.
4. Get on your hands and knees on the wet lawn.
5. Scrub the exposed white walls (left and right on the front and rear) taking care not to bloodyknuckles although you will.
6. Rinse AJAX foam off with the garden hose.
7. Back the bike up two feet.
8. Repeat steps 3. through 7. three (3) times.
My exact routine to a "T".......bloody knuckles included!!!
Get some stuff called "spray 9". I think they have it at Sams club or wall mart. It works great for white walls. Spray it on, let it soak for about 2 minutes then hose off. No scrubbing, no kidding. We have it at work but I think it's available at Sams. As for the rest of the bike, ya just have to use good ole fashion elbow greese.
