i have mine set at 75%, gutted and everything else is stock, the plugs are a light chocolate color and the bike runs a butt load cooler than stock. i was ready to trade in a 3 month old bike until this mod.

Stock head pipe, 4" Jackpots, 75% and all is good, no popping.

My set up is very close to what you run. Ive tried screwing around with mine and honestly didnt notice much difference. So I just set them up like the instructions recommended and left them there. So far so good!

I have the exact set up as the OP. I Set my Vied’s at 50% when I first installed them, everything seemed OK. Tried 75% just to see if made a diff or not. At 75% I could smell fuel and my bike didn’t run as well. I have them dialed back to 40% and all is good. Some have them set at 25% because of Reversion. To be honest I can’t see or feel any diff between 40 and 50%. Oil Temp is around 240 on a hot day, fuel mpg is in the mid to upper 40’s all day every day. I’m happy with Vied’s
