Installed a new Lt Smoked +2" windshield today, ride was great less wind buffering around my head and shoulders. But I cannot get over how ugly the windshields looks!

I feel your pain, its great how it blocks the wind on the highway but I sure hate the look. Mine is always off if I'm cruising in the city.
have tried one on and off my road king, only way i can ride the hwy without it is wearing a full face helmet. sure like it once you get use to the buffeting

I love the look. I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on this one myself. My only concern is how does it effect your vision during night riding since you're essentialy looking through a shade.
since its new on the bike i have limited night riding, but it was ok, my thing is when i get caught in the rain, not sure how looking thru a windshield with no wipers is going to work ,but hey theres lots of them out there
I have one too. The only time I use it is on cold *** mornings in the winter riding to work. I just can't get used to the looks with it on my bike. Not a fan.
I don't think they're all that ugly, just can't get used to the buffeting with them. Has anyone tried the Long Ride Shield? Does that flair on top help reduce buffeting like they claim?
I went from the stock W/S to the 19" Memphis Shades version.... nice, but not what I liked.
This past Spring, I went with the LRS 18" re-curve and love it!! I'm getting a little bit of wind
(which I prefer) and am looking "over" the W/S the whole time! Love the looks and the ride!
