They aint gonna DL anythign to your bike without tellin you, if they did, they would loose money. They are tryin to squeeze more money out of your wallet. Tinker with the tuner you have to get it right and find another dealer.

A dealer here in Vermont told a friend of mine the same thing. "The Power Vision tuner is junk". Funny thing, on their website they advertise that they use a Dynojet 250X dyno machine, the best in New England.

You could always install new plugs then check them after a few hundred miles. If the new plugs show you're still running lean, then your PV map should be modified.
I will say that if you saw an improvement in gas mileage over stock, signs point to you running lean. Either the map needs to be modified, or it was never loaded into the PV.
