Another note to the crank issue, while at a dealer buying parts the owner who I know came up and asked how the bike was running, I told him that the crank took a crap and he says to me "Yeah you and about a gazillion others too". So make of it what you want. These are some of the reasons why folks wont buy American vehicles anymore.

I can tell you exactly what she will say as well...I listened to it for almost 500 miles.

Question the crank in the 120 R is it welded ? If it is why not replace with a 120 instead of getting your crank pinned and trued for 3 grand
Just a thought

You can actually buy a crank pinned,welded n balanced for about 500.00 bucks! Not sure if theres a core charge or not.

If the runout in front of the cam plate bearing is .007" on the crank, there may be some wild things going on at the crank pin, and that cam plate bushing is likely lived it's life
