Do the baffles affect the auto tune in any way? The wife prefers the bike without the baffles, she likes it loud. But sometimes I like it a bit quieter when out for a ride.
Just wondering if I need to get out and try a couple more runs with the baffles out.
When I had mine out everyone on these and other forums were telling me to put them back in.
Apparently the motor needs some backpressure to have low end torque.

I pulled the stock baffles out of 4 inch cvo mufflers and couldn't tell a difference in performance. Haven't tried autotune, but bet it won't make a difference. Now if you had performance cams from past experience it would affect performance a good bit.
