Thanks for all the fast replies. I might try to drain, blow out the system, run denatured alcohol threw it and re-bleed the system. Might be worth one more shot. At this point, I am not comfortable pulling the entire ABS system apart and cleaning it. From these replies however, as well as a bit of independent research, I do agree that for whatever reasons, the system does need to go too the dealer for some sort of setup programing. So if re flushing and filling doesn't work, the bike goes right to the stealership. Fortunately, the dealer I bought it from has long Sunday hours, so I have plenty of time to mess with the bike and still get the bike there today. Thanks for all the input.
Just try to be patient, not that you aren't, but it's one of my downfalls when something gets f'd up. Worst thing is to trying to fix something in a hurry.
Thanks for all the replies guys. I just went out to check on things, popped the master cover and was pretty stunned to see purple DOT 5!!! So no matter how convinced I was I got all the DOT 5 out yesterday, it appears quite clear, I did not. So I sucked it out of the master, Did a quick re-bleed with what I had and am running to the store to get more DOT 4. One last shot, then off to the dealer. Well, its going to the dealer one way or another, I would just like to do all I can before bringing it in. I feel stupid enough, at least I want to make sure I did everything I could do up to this point.
If I may, listen to Dawg and Schlacker (done that!). That means thoroughly rinse w/ d alcohol, asap to get it off your seals; take to dealer for calibrating.
Personally, I would have the dealer do the flush and clean the system with denatured alcohol like Dawg suggested and bled with the DOT 4 on the digital tecnician. From what I understand the digital tech is the only way to bleed.
call the indie make them come get your bike. tell them they jacked up and you don't feel safe riding it. let them do the flush on it and make it right if they don't take it to the stealership and then give the bill to the indie. you will not get all the purple fluid out with out the proper flush just running dot4 through it as you see is not gonna cut it

True if air was introduced into the system. Otherwise bleed like normal.
