I'm not so sure the frame hasn't changed, at leas the back third. I see there is a new 4 point docking kit, which leads me to believe the struts are different and in turn the rear fender is different - already know the bag supports are different. Oh, and apparently the seats also changed.

The 4 point changed because the strut covers changed. I'm almost positive thats all due to the saddle bags being set out farther from the frame. If the docking points changed there would be new back rests and luggage racks for the touring bikes and there isn't.
If you look at the two detachable racks for the tour paks you can see that the tops are different. So I'm once again guessing the bottom of the tour paks are different.
I think the new trunk would look great with the old saddlebags. And with the CVO style extended bags? SWEET. I know whats in the future for my ride if I don't wind up moving to a 2014.
I also think it will look good with CVO extended bags.

According to the 2014 Technical Forum the frame has been changed in a few areas. Enough to where they state a sidecar can no longer be attached.

A trip to the dealers when the new parts start coming in and a test fit will answer the question if it will work. I'm still leaning to it will do to the fact there are no new luggage racks or back rests.

What about the fact the TP roack not fitting (in print anyway) the tour pack equipped models?
