I feel for the indy dealer too - if they messed up, they wouldn't have done it deliberately as they want satisfied repeat customers, not lawsuits and angry bikers! Reputation is everything in todays marketplace.
They should be as concerned as you over the issue & willing to make amends as best they can. You have sorted your own repairs, so go easy with demands and you should have a great compromise with either parts or future offers.
The man that can stand up & not admit cocking anything up over the years is a liar...we've all done it. Indy dealers can be a godsend, just rebuild your relationship & not do the knee jerk 'name & shame' bloodlust thing.
Lastly, go and ride your bike. It's what we do..
