Default 10" Apes

Thinking about ordering a set of Paul Yaffe 10 apes for my 05 Ultra, just the regular apes not the monkey bars. What I am wondering, has anyone
installed these bars. And, if so did you have to extend any of the cables or wiring?

I put 10 inch LA choppers twin peaks on my FLHX and didn't have to extend my wires but both cable and break line are 2 inches over stock.

I can tell you that on my 2006 I kept all of the stock cables/wires/lines with my 10" PYO bagger apes. I had to reroute the clutch cable as seen in the attached pic. The Brake line is tight, but if you unbolt the housing from the bottom of the trees, it makes it easier to place the master cylinder on the bars, then its a tight stretch, but if you get the bends just right on the metal part of the brake line, it will reach, and can be bolted back on to the trees.

Hope this helps, and ignore how dirty the bike is.
