What can use to take off burned hide off my exhaust.
I will never wear shorts again even if it's just down the road to pick up my son from school.
I scrubbed the hell out of it with a cloth, what can I use so as not to scratch the chrome?

Any chrome cleaner will work. I've had to do this twice now on my bike. People (my adult daughter and my best friend) keep climbing on it without thinking and before I've had a chance to warn them, they're burnt. Severely burnt.
Makes me wonder why they call them "heat shields". They don't shield anything from any heat.
