New cams - your input and a ???

Andrews 57 was designed for stage 1 103 and getting great results. At least do cam bearings with cams. SE ones are Torrington. SE adjusables are good too. If ya go through the top for push rods, not much more to put some thinner head gaskets in for a little more compression (do not do that with 255s, in fact don't do 255s in 103).
