Default Recommendations for Header Upgrade?

Thinking about upgrading from my stock headers (with catalytic converters) to an aftermarket header. Wanna keep it simple, since I plan on keeping my Fuel Moto Jackpots and Stage 1 air cleaner. No further performance upgrades are planned.

What are some proven bang-for-the-buck header options?

Can I keep my Nightrider FL-XiED-10 kit?

Thanks, guys.

Since the other Stage 1 upgrades were from Fuelmoto, why not go with their header too?

Actually, I am considering that option; however, to be fair, I am open to ALL options.

These could be worth a look if you wanted to go the true dual route.

the budget solution is to have your header modded.

essentially that would be similar to my 09 header, which has no cat.
I have hi flow intake and exhaust and use XIEDS

Don't overlook FullSac. They offer an exchange of your stock header that has been modified and ceramic coated, it's called the Sport Pipe. Cost is very reasonable compared to aftermarket headers and performance is right up there with the others. I went this route on my 13' RG and saved a lot of $$. They also offer their own design of headers for slightly more $ but the performance difference is negligible. Talk to Steve (owner) at FullSac. He can give you an education on exhaust. I've learned over the years that most of the claims from exhaust companies is a bit over rated to say the least and way overpriced !

I just replaced the non-cat header on my '09 with a lightly used real Fullsack Xpipe. I was pleasantly surprised that sixth is much more useable? If I was paying new with only stage 1 their sportpipe would be serious contender. Fuelmoto, Drago and V&H all have good performing Xpipes too.
