I purchased one 5 months ago with the 6x9 cut outs and installed a better system with a marine cover for about that price.
I purchaed from them at Americade. Great in my opinion. The radio has a usb port to insert a flash drive. I have 600+ songs stored. You can controll the music with all the radio controls as well as read the song on the screen. No ipod with wires nothing to charge. Very very satisfied. I will caution you on one issue. They tell you the Harley OEM windshield trim will fit on their fairings. Wrong. They are actually about a 1/4 in to long on each side. Not a deal breaker. I would buy again. The price is right.
Let me give you my experience with Reckless. I purchased a XL 4 speaker (polk) and Infinity receiver with power amp. Lets say there top of the line unit this year. The unit is very nice. It is incredibly loud and clear. I would bet there are not many units on the market that are as loud or the quality sound as Reckless. But that is where it ends. I was advised on the phone that the women answering the phone and feilding questions was informed to lie to me the customer about where my unit was on the production line on several occassions(3). It was 4 weeks into my order until I was contacted and informed that they could not match my Harley factory paint. When I called with a question about the radio's reception. I was informed that they use junk antenas and are well aware of this problem(and plan to make no corrections to change it). I was also at Delmarva Bike week and advised the group of people in their stand that i was a customer ($1,725.00). I began to ask my question to a teenager who was the only one of the 4 people there who would get up and address me as i was speaking. He promptly began to blow me off and showed real disreguard toward my question. He gave me a stupid answer even before i could finish the statement i was making. I then ask him to walk over to my bike and listen to the problem and again he diagnosted my problem before i finished explaining the problem. He also advised he could not walk the 23 feet to my bike, I quess he had to sit in the circle with the other three that where doing nothing and blowing off any other question that came there way. I will tell you like I told the helpful young man at the Reckless stand at Delmarva Bike week. The product is very nice (with some alteration, exterior antena), the service and customer treatment leaves more then ALOT to be desired
I have a 2012 Roadking Classic. I mounted an exterior antena. If you are interested I can give you a list of parts (harley) and numbers needed to complete this. the reception was greatly improved. The other issue i had was destortion in the speakers at high volume. The informative young man at the stand told me i must have adjusted the bass or something (you think genius).
I had never heard of them until I saw them set up down at Delmarva last weekend. Are they a pretty big company or trying to make a name for themselves because they had booths set up at 4 different locations down there.

They were only set up at the convention center. The other places were different vendors; trust me I was checking all of them out. The antenna thing is no big deal to me. I used a $6.00 antenna on my old SG under the fairing and it worked great. Im still kicking it around. I can get one with 6X9, Infinity, painted inside and out for $1300 delivered
I just installed a Hoppe Mediadzilla fairing. I installed this just the day before a trip to the Tail of the Dragon. I know someone who had the same one and got one myself. $1700 and it comes 100% ready. I absolutely love this fairing. I stayed away from the 6x9 speakers so I went with the 4- 5" marine speakers and the Infinity PRV250. Great combo and worked flawless riding at 80mph. I did 2200 miles this past weekend with this and if that's not a good test then I don't know what is lol.
If you're in the market for a fairing then I suggest the Mediadzilla.

It is unpainted gell coat black. It didn't matter to me since I am repainting my bike this off season anyway. They can paint it factory but I wanted it right away. Ordered it and got it 3 days later. Luckily they had one all ready to ship. They usually make them per order.
