I have been doing a complete clean of my bike after a ride in the rain and decided to check the pressure in the shocks...
Found the fronts completely down have yet to check rears.
What would be a great suspension upgrade for my bike that eliminates the air and lets me ride solo or two up without much adjustment.
I am not a small guy and neither is my wife.... I weigh 240lbs and loaded weight two up would be at least 500lbs.....
Is there a shock out there that will give me a good solo ride and still be able to handle a long road trip two up?

Older Touring bikes had adjustable air shocks in the front. My 1996 RK had them. Harley discontinued them at some point in the early 2000's.
I also have shocks from Howard, mentioned above, Ohlins in my case and been riding on them with total satisfaction for about five years now.
However as it was your forks that were down on air, Mike has given you the budget solution. There is nothing on this Planet that is truly air tight - wherever air is stored at pressure it will slowly, relentlessly and predictably find its way out! FFS check tyres and suspension regularly!
An economic alternative and upgrade is to replace your stock springs with single-rate Race Tech springs (check their website). Also contact HDF sponsor Wards Parts Werks to see if Jason there still does his custom-tuned Ricor Intiminators. With springs matched to your weight plus improved damping you should find a very worthwhile improvement in ride quality.
