Any issues doing that, started worrying that maybe the bolt tighten down in the back will cause the front harley quick disconnect to not be fully secure. Anyone else running this. I figure if i lose the harley bolt or the quick disconnect it should still stay put
God plan. I worry about misplacing the Brukus hex key so I always keep it in the pizza box document holder.

Thought I'd weigh in on this.

There is no problem at all with running with just one SaddlebagSecure on each bag. There only problem that might still exist with just one is if you have vibration / rattling of the the saddlebags. This was actually an added bonus cure to our SaddlebagSecure that we did not think about, but have had a lot of customers let us now about - they were very happy that their bags were much sturdier on their bike and did away with rattles.

This is also true of the ShieldShackle. The detachable windshields no longer appear to want to fly off when you're riding - especially at high speeds.

As far as our Tourpack BULLET Secure for the detachables, that product is quickly becoming one our most popular.

I am also working on a product to secure the latches/brackets on the hard bag lids. Would appreciate any feedback anyone might have on that issue. Have you heard of thieves popping the lids off?

And don't forget to use the Brukus Product Discount link for HD Forum members that is in my signature if you are interested in any of our products.

Thanks for the reply, i wish i had ordered the tour pack secure one before my trip this week. Wife is not going so i did not plan on putting on the tour pack, however, lack of space i added it, now worried about someone quick detaching it. Wish i i had planned earlier and ordered that tour pack lock. Also for anyone thinking about brukus parts, very happy with them. I was only going to place just one on right now and did just that, however, it is extremly easy to use them and they are solid. Better then i imagined. Thanks for the reply too.

Sturdy is also right, even with just one it, it feels way more solid then before, a better mount.

I hear ya. We can always ship it to a hotel, but if you're going to be moving the whole time. Wouldn't work for you.

Tried to email you. Not sure if it went through. Livermore HD carries our products, but not the Bullet! Will have to get on them. Let me know what other dealers are close and you may be able to pick one up.

I got your email, awesome and thanks for the HDforums discount, cant believe i forgot it. Yes traveling somewhere different each day, fingers crossed the good old mail guy comes through on timely delivery. Thanks again

PS I let Livermore Harley know about the Bullet, so i am sure they will look into, especially because the not so great Harley locks are backordered anyways, leaving people with no options to secure their detach racks.

+1 it's an extra 2 minutes to get them (all 4) off and not an issue when cleaning I just deal with it.

Thanks for letting Livermore HD know. They have carried our SaddlebagSecure for a while. Good company to deal with.
