Divide and conquer, 1st check to make sure it has fuel, then spark.
Pull the plug wires from the plugs, turn over 3-4 times, then pull the plugs and see if they are "wet" being containing fuel. If not, start back tracking.
See where the fuel stream stops.
If you have fuel, get a hand held tach (or meter with inductive pickup) and see if you have spark out near the plug boots, with the wires attached to the plugs.
If no spark again start back tracking.
