My MiniBeast Died!
If you are not very mechanical, it would be easier to just replace relay if there is one, rather than test it. They are very cheap. Fuse would be the first check.
I was thinking of getting one of these. Is this the only problem you have had with it?
So horn not working ... This is likely a wiring issue or fuse as stated. Who installed it for you? They will know where they put the fuse.
The mini-beast uses the stock relay wiring, but adds a new wire back to the battery to power it.
I would bet it is under your seat near the battery. A wire was probably run from the battery to the horn. Near the battery is a rubber plug looking thing that has a flip up cover on it. Under that cover is the fuse. If you have other wired accessories, there may be more than one fuse under there. A good example would be if you have a battery tender pig tail going to the battery also.
If the fuse is good, start following the wires down to the horn. It may have gotten damaged and is broken. If you find a stretched spot or obvious broken spot, it needs to be wired back together.
If the fuse is blown and you replace it only to have it blow again, either right away, or a day or so later, there is a bare wire somewhere. The wire may be rubbing against something and the jacket is worn. Follow the wire again and look for a spot where it is worn. Tape it up and change something to make it not rub on what ever it was rubbing on.
A few years ago on the road I had that problem. I found the spot but didn't have electrical tape with me. But ... I did have a balloon and some rubber bands.
As for the relay, that is the stock relay. It is under one of the side covers. It should be labled as the horn relay somehow. If not, start tapping on all the relays (tiny boxes) while pressing the horn button. It might start working. If not, you will need to look up somewhere which relay it is to try replacing it.
