Come on guys i've had alot harley's in the last 45 years the ones that rode like crap and had problems( which is every one that the manufacture made)are bikes that we drive everyday it will pass and get fixed to say that this bike is a bad one you only have to take a look at all the data on yours!.
Not even comparable, your talking over a 100 years of multiple varieties of bikes, this cooling thing is isolated to a couple of models from the same year having the same problem. Also, I have owned 5 HDs they all have run great, I havnt had one that rode like crap.
I took a good long ride of 260 miles today. Half way I stopped to refuel and looked at my coolant bottle. It was about 1/2" lower than when the dealer fixed everything. I just checked it now at home after the bike has cooled and it's way lower. At no time did I see any evidence of puking or leaks. Where is the coolant going? Here is a pic:

I guess I'm taking her back to dealer tomorrow for round 2. I gotta say I'm NOT happy. I just spent 3 hours cleaning the bike from all the coolant and water spots the dealer got on it while they had in the shop. I also noticed a scratch on the edge of my faring, so they obviously bumped my faring into something. I really don't want to leave it with them, but guess I have to. I'll update you all after I know more.
My Limited was rubbed down to the plastic when I picked it up, shipping strap caused it...
MOCO sent a new lid, and new inner and outer fairing, as they were damaged in shipping as well.
Here is the pic you requested. Sorry, best I could do with my iphone.

Your dealer doesn't know what the heck they are doing. If there is no sign of a leak and the coolant level is going down, there is air in the system. They didn't bleed it properly. I've been following your saga. I don't think they have ever bled it properly. That is why it keeps puking. Time to find a new dealer.
Good luck with your overall situation. Regarding the paint damage, have you used the product below? Has done a great job for me in the past with more than just small scratches. While I realize the dealer should be responsible for any damage done, in the long run if this product could help you it might be less time at the dealer.

No, I tried a few polishes to no avail. When I took it to the dealer to show them this and the radio issues, the detailer guy came out and tried to correct it to no avail. It' not scratches or swirls. My guess is it's a spot that was not properly wet-sanded and then they cleared over it. It's definitely below the clear coat. They told me 4 weeks to get the new tour pak lid, although I doubt it. I don't really care so long as it shows someday. I'm more concerned with the coolant issues.

Maybe it's because you have a CVO, but my tour-pak cover needed replacing and it came in from the MoCo in a week. Mine's just the plain old gray metallic Limited.
Dude, this sucks. I hate it for ya man. You pay a boat load of money for the most expensive bike Harley sales, and it has all these issues. Then, the apology comes in the form the dealer keeping your bike, not fixing it, putting scratches on it, then giving it back to you without resolving squat.
Good news is Harley will eventually figure it out, and you'll have the bike you thought you were buying to begin with.

Appreciate that man. I so hope you're right. The bike is so awesome. I just want it to work.
I just want to thank you for keeping us all updated on your situation.
As someone who has been through similar 'first year' issues twice now (2006 Dyna & 2007 Ultra), I was really hoping HD would get this one right, as I am so ready to take advantage of all the improvements since '07.
I feel your pain, & it is sad that you & many others have had to go through this mess. I hope they get to the root cause soon.
