And everyone is OK with gap?
I will not accept it, hoping they have a solution. I've spent to much on my bike to add a part that doesn't fit properly.

Using stock shields.
Can owners post a pic of how the rear most heat shield looks where it meets fron two.
Mine has a 1/4"+ gap over the the other two and it looks like crap.

Because the pipe design of the Jackpot 2/1/2 is different than stock the heat shields are going to fit a bit differently. The stock heat shields fit correctly and there will be minimal gaps, it just takes some time and patience to get them aligned. The biggest consideration is at the front primary as our pipe leads up to the collector where the stock pipe curves in, the alignment is different in this area and there will be slightly more gap there. Also note in most cases if a user cannot get them aligned we find the shields need to come forward on the pipe. If you would like to give us a call we would be more than happy in assisting you to get them aligned.
Mine has a pretty big gap too can't get it to sit flush against the other two heat shields.
I can see by your picture the rear heat shield needs to come forward, the gap created in this example is due to the clamp retainer under the shield is resting on the pipe, the shield needs to come forward and the retainer/clamp will rest between the 2 primaries so the shield sits flush.
Fuel Moto manufactures Jackpot head pipes at our Florida facility. We also warehouse as ship product from there as well.
I like it it is a good piece. The heat shield issue is not a bother to me. you have to be right on it to see it. The quality of the pipe is incredible.
When we install the pipes & shields here you would not likely be able to see the difference between our's and stock, it all comes down to the specific orientation of the shields. If anyone needs help they are always welcome to contact us at 877-729-4754 and we can walk them thru it, we have done this with many customers since we released this pipe back in 2009.
For reference here is a picture of our pipe with the heat shields installed
