Hose clamp spacer, where would I buy one or did you make it?

Sorry, should have been specific, I installed a Stainless Steel hose clamp on the head pipe down tube from rear cylinder about 1" up from O2 sensor, with the nut assembly rotated until the proper gap was set on the cover... Tightened it up and then tightened the heat shield

Got mine done. The trick is to put the horizontal shield on first in the correct location and tighten the clamps. Then loosen all of the clamps on the head pipes to move those shields to the correct location to lessen the gap where the shields meet. You can only make the horizontal heat shield fit so close so you have to play with the head pipe shields so the back of them only go so far inward toward the bike. It does take some time and patience but it does work. Thanks Jamie and everyone else!
Jamie your photos helped me out. Rotating the rear cylinder heat shield is what I needed the most. I still have a gap but it is much better. I had the horizontal heat shield far enough forward. I need to update signature photo
Just a slight gap on the lower shield. Top is perfect.
Looks great! there is going to be a little gap on the lower shield as our pipe angles to the collector where the stock pipe draws straight into the box section.
I would like to thank everyone who contributed to this thread, if there are any additional questions feel free to contact us anytime, and most of all thank you for choosing Jackpot exhaust products and Fuel Moto!
I will tell you what if you are considering one of these pipes, it is worth a little bit of a headache with the heat shields getting them to fit because these pipes really wake up the 103!
