Rear Fork Bolts Torque
2012 FLHTC. I am trying to check the torque on the rear swing arm (fork) bolts (1/2" I think, under the plastic caps). When I turn one, the other side turns as well which sort of tells me the pivot shaft is turning. The service manual isn't much help. Any out there? I'm obviously doing something wrong. Thanks in advance.
