I can't remember the exact codes, but it was telling me that I was getting no ignition and no compression in both my cylinders. I know that wasn't the case because I wouldn't be able to ride if that was true (right?). I think it's funny that I put in the expensive plugs, and they end up possibly being a problem!
Well, you nailed it. Throttle reset fixed the idle issue, and my brake light is constantly on. I found a crimped wire. Stripped it and spliced it, but it's still staying on. It's the wire associated with the light in the attached photo. Any ideas for fixes?

brake light stuck on could be busted rear brake light switch...or front brake light switch will break if controls are removed from bars without a shim inserted into the switch- this is in the manual, but many find out after they break it changing bars etc.
some models had a recall on the rear brake light switch.
run your VIN at the H-D website and see if the recall comes up.
Check that. I managed to trace the rear brake line back to the switch. Unplugged one of the wires and the light went right out. Looks like I have a bad switch :/
