Our starter motor draws 1.6KW under 9.5Vdc; this corresponds to 160Amps (during a few seconds). The "Anderson SB50" connector can handle such power for a few seconds with #6AWG cables. The SB50 is small, affordable and can be installed between the saddlebag and frame or next to the ECU connector under the lateral cover. This is my project right now

I must adapt and fix my cables to the frame and I don't know their length yet. My tender's pigtail will connected to this SB50 to minimize battery lugs.
BTW "Yellow" is the color code for 12V

Two common solutions.
I went Yuasa Jumpers, better to help others, etc.
The second item limits your options.
Either one is very simple:
You could use the second option for the battery tender, compressor, etc., but be warned -
It is not fused...
Both items go on sale often, you can beat todays price.
