I ordered my dresser duals and Power Vision from them. Although my P.V. was on back order, they let me know that right away and the D.D. were sent first and the P.V. was sent a week later as was told. I would order from them again.

I have ordered from the several times in the past. Haven't had an issue. Would order from them again if I need to. They have good prices also. They also gave me a military discount.

Thanks direct cycle parts..

It's not so much how long it is taking, it's the fact they are not communicating what is going on. I've asked for a tracking number three times now and still don't have one.

I do appreciate them coming on here though to try and clear things up.

I ordered Racetech springs from them a couple months ago. Their website said it was in stock. A couple days after ordering I got a notice saying it was backordered. Ended up taking an extra week to get them. Wasn't a big deal since I wasn't in a rush, but I was a little annoyed that it said in stock when it wasn't.

How is he "bashing" them? He is just speaking about his experience. Asking if anyone had a similar experience. I don't see anything derogatory in what he posted.

What? A sponsor gets a pass for bad service? Member stated that he'd tried to contact them 3 times for info and was not successful. Posted on the forum and got contacted right away. Seems like the company had plenty of chances to step up.

Ride Safe,

David

I have ordered from them several times and I would order from them again, My parts came in with in a week and I'm happy with that, I got several emails telling the status of my parts and when they shipped I got the tracking number. They have a phone number so just in case you have any doubts maybe you should call and they will tell you if they are actually in stock or if they have to order them.

They've had his money for a month and he's had no communications as to where his stuff is. He has contacted them 3 times and still doesn't know.

His post did not appear to be bashing to me. It was quite calm and merely stated his situation and concern.

It was good that the vendor showed up to apologize for the delay and smooth the ruffled feathers. OP appreciated that DCP made this attempt.

Sounded like the situation was being handled.

You may want to back off a little.

I have to be honest and say that most inconsistencies are mostly the fault of the manufacturers themselves. If you have ordered Samson Exhaust from Direct Cycle Parts we have been behind on production since our recent move of the entire plant so this is directly our fault rather than theirs. I'm only stating this to be open and honest rather than trying to promise something and not be able to deliver. I agree that it is a bad situation to be in but it's only temporary and we are finally getting things back from chrome and there will be a big shift in things shortly.

Thanks,

Brian

Default Orders

I have placed quite a few orders with them in the past and had nothing but good experiences. Most positive thing is that they are monitoring forums such as this and responding when needed, shows they care and are looking to improve. A lesson that could be adopted by some of the larger vendors
