Default winter storage - no tender

the storage facility we rented for the winter has no elctricity, thus no battery tender is attached to my 13 Street Glide this winter.

Give it to me straight - whats the expected damage to the battery ??

Throw it away & buy a new one in the spring. Seriously, pull the battery & put it on a BT at home.

If you pull the battery and re-install in the spring does any reprogramming need to be done or is all the info on the bike computer stored in non-volatile memory and all you have to do is reset the clock after hibernation?

Yep take it out and store it at home on a tender. The battery will last years longer if you do. And you won't be here in a year with a gripe about HD batteries not lasting.
ECM will not lose it's programing .
Just take it out and put it back in the right way so you do not short anything

Pull main fuse.
Disconnect ground first
When you put it back connect Positive first.
Then replace main fuse.

Next year store it at HD for a dollar a day or less they keep it warm and on a tender.
Heck dealers here even pick up and drop off free.

Some after-market ECMs, like ThunderMax, require a reset after reconnecting the battery
