Does anyone have a list of changes that Harley made to the bikes over the years?

This book may have some of what you are looking for or just search online for timeline information.

That book will get you to 1996 anyhow.

..your question is kind of hard to answer the way you asked it...I mean, if you're looking for EVERY change since 1903...that's almost impossible to list...would be thousands, probably over 10,000 changes..some very small, but changes nonetheless...if you were to ask for just MAJOR changes...that would be do-able...

Yours is what it is known as an open ended question, in other words there are a great many ways of answering it, which makes it difficult to do so! Are you interested in some specific features, such as installing replacement parts?
