Don't recall the Deception pass, but we were coming back from up near Canada and came onto Whidbey Island from the North. We stopped in Coupeville for the Penn Cove Mussels. The wife is allergic to sea food, but she always researches local cuisine when we go on a trip. So, she had a burger and I got the Mussels.

We then went to the Southern part of the island and took a ferry to the mainland.

Lots of good memories on that trip.

Deception Pass was that bridge you went over...It's not like a mountain pass

I have rented from Sound Harley and Emerald City Harley in Lynnwood, good experiences at both places.

I'm planning on renting from Eastside Harley in July. Does anybody know if they offer rental discounts to HOG members. Last year I rented from Grand Junction Harley in Colorado and they offered a 10% discount for HOG members.

I've rented Harleys for the last 3 years (including from Eastside) I have never been able to get a discount for HOG.

It used to be called a fly and ride, but that's not an active program.
